  1. Am trying to find parts for my model m1 digital scale indicator
    • Sean Rooke
Hello Richard, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, the Mix-Weigh M1 system is no longer in existence, and you may have noticed during your search on the Internet that Mix-Weigh (the company) is no longer in business. We helped designed this product for Mix-Weigh in the late 1990s, but we do not carry any product inventory, and can only offer basic support on its functionality. At this time, I am unaware of any other entities that may be selling parts for the M1 digital scale indicator, unfortunately. I'm sorry we cannot be of any additional assistance. Sincerely, Sean Rooke General Manager

  3. How do you operate this scale head? is there a manual online?

Hello Wes, We unfortunately do not support this product (haven't for quite a few years) and don't have a manual available for it. That said, there is a gentlemen in Red Deer that is supporting and repairing the Mix Weigh units, and he may be able to help. Parts and repair of M1 systems is available at Allweigh Scale Systems in Red Deer 403-309-2220. The contact person there is Mr. James Bridges. He may have a manual, or may be able to answer your question regarding the operation of the scale head. Thanks for your inquiry!
